Enquiries and proposals
Sending a message through the contact form or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a contract. A paid engagement starts only when both sides agree scope, fee and timing in writing (email, WhatsApp confirmation, or a signed proposal).
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, logos, film stills and case studies on this site belong to Azizul Hoque Shiplu or to the client / licensor credited. You may share a page link. You may not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or reuse client work without permission.
The AHS name and logo are identifiers of this practice. Do not use them to imply endorsement.
User conduct
Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to break into the CMS, or submit unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.
Third-party services
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, YouTube or other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you leave this site.
If Google sign-in is used, that is only for the site owner to connect Google Business Profile so public reviews can be displayed. Visitors are not required to sign in with Google to read the site.
Reviews displayed on this site
Reviews copied from Google remain subject to Google’s policies. We may hide or decline to publish a synced review on this site if it is incomplete, off-topic or we believe it should not appear here. That does not change the review on Google.
Professional work
Creative and consultancy work is delivered under the separate proposal or contract for that project. Those documents control fees, revisions, usage rights and delivery dates. If they conflict with this page, the project document wins for that engagement.
