This Privacy Policy explains how Azizul Hoque Shiplu (“AHS”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information on azizulhoqueshiplu.com. This site is a professional practice website for brand strategy, marketing consultancy, film direction and related services in Bangladesh.

Who we are

Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry data. Name, organisation, phone, message and any files you choose to send through the contact form or WhatsApp. These are stored as leads in the site CMS for follow-up. They are not published.
- Reviews and testimonials. If you leave a review on Google Business Profile, we may copy the public review text, rating, first name and relative date into this site so visitors can read it here. We do not publish private reviewer contact details.
- Technical data. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit, used to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.
- Admin accounts. Only authorised staff have CMS logins. Login uses short-lived access tokens and hashed refresh tokens stored on the server.
- Google connection (optional). If the site owner connects Google Business Profile, Google issues tokens so the server can read reviews. Those tokens stay on the server. Visitors of the public site are not asked to sign in with Google.
How we use information
- To answer enquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To display published pages, portfolio work and public reviews.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal duties that apply in Bangladesh.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use public contact-form submissions for unrelated advertising lists.
Legal bases
We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond. We process public review content because it is already published by Google and we have a legitimate interest in showing social proof. We process admin and security data to run the site.
Cookies and analytics
The public site may set cookies that are needed for the page to work. If Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel IDs are configured in site settings, those products may collect usage data under their own policies. You can block cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We share data only with hosting and infrastructure providers that store this website, Google when the site owner uses Google Business Profile or Google Cloud OAuth to sync public reviews, and authorities if the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the project or a related enquiry, then deleted or archived. Server logs are rotated. Google tokens are kept only while the Google connection is enabled.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a lead record, by messaging WhatsApp from the number on the Contact page. For a Google review you posted, use Google’s own review tools as well.
Children
This site is intended for business visitors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
