National and diplomatic ceremonies

State and embassy occasions that cannot look like a product launch and cannot fail on the day: US Embassy National Day 2022 in Dhaka; nationally broadcast opening of BSEZ in Araihazar; venue branding for the 2024 state visit of His Majesty the King of Bhutan; production coverage of the first concrete-pouring for Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 (2018); and the Bangladesh Army's 38th Raising Day (ASPTS) commemoration.

Situation

Visiting units, embassies and infrastructure clients need venue branding, running order and ceremonial production that will be photographed at national scale. A dealer-conference template does not survive that room.

Role

Azizul Hoque Shiplu led ceremonial production and venue branding — show-calling, playback and the camera plan — with protocol time in the schedule.

Approach

Work includes the US National Day 2022 celebration for the United States Embassy in Dhaka; the nationally broadcast opening of Bangladesh Special Economic Zone in Araihazar (virtual inauguration involving the Prime Minister, BEZA and Sumitomo Corporation); venue branding for the 2024 state visit of His Majesty the King of Bhutan to BSEZ; production coverage of the first concrete-pouring ceremony for Unit 2 of the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant in 2018; and venue branding and content production for the Bangladesh Army's 38th Raising Day (ASPTS) commemoration.

Result

These programmes ran as commissioned ceremonial productions with national broadcast or diplomatic guest lists — not as advertising stunts. Operational detail of live days sits on the Events section of the portfolio.
